Introduction
on the leaders of Yinge enterprise
Yang Songhe, male,
40 years old, adjunct professor of the culture department
of Huazhong Normal University, doctor, postgraduate tutor
of the majoy in enterprise management and Confucian culture
of Henan University, lawyer, economics master of the People’s
University of China, had successively been appointed as
business manager, assistant to general manager and general
manager, etc. by Shekou enterprise group, Shenzhen, Shenzhen
Yibo company, Yutian Investment company, Shenzhen, Heshan
culture company, Shenzhen. From the year 1999, Mr Yang Songhe
has been appointed as the deputy general manager of Huaiyuan
Advertisement Company under “securities current newspaper”.
And now, Mr Yang Songhe is the chairman of board of the
company.
Cheng Zhiwei, male, 39 years old,
a member of the Communist Party of China, graduated from
the pulp papermaking majoy in Huanan Science and Engineering
University in 1988, had successively been appointed as the
director, deputy -director of the workshop No.5 to Yinge
Company, officer of the light industry office to the municipal
economics and trade committee, the head of the production
department to the company, the deputy -secretary of the
company Party committee, deputy-general manager, director,
secretary of the commission for inspecting discipline, labor
union chairman. And now, Mr Cheng Zhiwei is a director and
general manager of the company.
Zhang Shijin, male, 40 year old, a
member of the Communist Party of China, graduated from the
pulp papermaking majoy in the North-west Light Industry
Institute in 1987, has successively been appointed as the
deputy -director, director of the workshop to Yinge company,
officer to technical reformation office, the deputy-manager
of the production department, the manager of the project
division, deputy-general manager, the chairman of the supervisor
board. And now, Mr Zhang Shijin is a director and deputy-general
manager of the company.
Zhou Wenpu, male, 41 years old, a
member of the Communist Party of China, graduated from the
machinery majoy in Huanan Science and Engineering University
in 1998, ahd successively been appointed as the officer
of the equipment division, the deputy head and the head
of the equipment division, the deputy head of the production
department, the manager of the production department, the
director and deputy-general manger. And now, Mr. Zhou Wenpu
is a director and deputy-general manager of the company.
Song Juchuan, male, 46 years old,
a law master, had successively been appointed as the deputy-head
of agricultural credit division to Nanyang Branch under
the agricultural bank of China, the head of foreign capital
division, general manager of international business department
,the head of Nandu Branch Bank and Hi-tech Zone branch bank,
the secretary of the Communist Committee. And now, he has
been appointed as the financial general supervisor of the
company.
Zhang Ge, male, 34 years old, a member
of the Communist Party of China, graduated from the majoy
in industrial and civil construction of Baotou Steel Institute
in 1990, had successively been appointed as the office administrator
of Yinge company, in charge of the company personal
affairs, vice-secretary and secretary of the Committee of
the Communist Youth League, the vice-director and the director
of the company office. And now, he has been appointed as
the chairman of the company supervisor board and labor union.
Dong
Hui, Male,
43 years old, engineer, graduated from light chemistry major
of South China University of Technology, had successively
been appointed as technician of technical section, deputy
director, director, workshop director, branch mill director
etc. In 2002 was appointed as manager of production department
in charge of production, from 2004 till now is deputy general
manager of the enterprise.
Chu
Gang
, Male, 39 years old,
postgraduate of state economics major of Zhengzhou University,
from July of 1993 worked on stocks, had successively worked
in Zhengzhou Longhai Road branch sales department of China
Xinda Xintuo enterprise, Zhengzhou Longhai Road branch sales
department of China Silver River Securities, Zhengzhou Dongming
Road branch sales department and headquarters of Asia Stocks,
had successively been appointed as financial department
manager, investment department manager, general manager
assistant, deputy manager etc., now is director, secretry
of the board of directors.

Huaichao
,Male , 39 years old, graduated from statistics major of
Jangxi University of Finance & Economics, public accountant,
stocks and futures certified public accountant, ceitified
tax agent, worked in Asia&Pacific( group) Certified
PublicAccountants Office in charge of audit, now is the
general auditor, supervisor.
